Cancellation Policy

Any guide trips canceled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled start time the full amount of the trip will be due by the end of the trip date. Trips cancelled before the 48 hours will forfeit their deposit for the date. If inclement weather should call for Captain Isaac to cancel the trip a rescheduling option will be available. There are no refunds for deposits or trips. Isaac has the right to end any trips early at his discretion based on clients behavior in the boat. safety is the number one concern while on the water and all decisions will be made with this in mind. Any and all photos taken of clients are available for Isaac Lakich Fishing to use for promotional purposes.
